“I've been bringing my Duck Toller, Lacey, to The Petropolitan for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. I initially started bringing her here to help build her confidence, socialize with other dogs, and keep her entertained during work hours. Lacey absolutely LOVES it here! She gets so excited every time we pull up to the building, anticipating playtime with her pals and the wonderful staff.

One of the highlights for me is receiving her daily report card—it's something I look forward to as it brings so much joy to my ‘psycho dog mom’ heart. There’s a fantastic range of add-on options like teeth brushing, nail trims, brush outs, puzzle games, and even theme parties!

“Guess what? I just had the most amazing experience with the grooming team! They were hands down the friendliest and most professional team I have ever come across. I have tried many groomers in the past, but today's experience was nothing like anything I've had before. My furry buddies look absolutely stunning, with the perfect haircut that I've always dreamed of.

And the best part? Even my doggo, who usually hates going to the groomers was having a blast with the team! They were experts in handling and grooming my dogs, and it showed in how my pups were treated and groomed to perfection.

“I bring my dog here for daycare and absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and attentive. I think it’s great that they have different rooms to accommodate all kinds of sizes and energy levels. My dog is always so excited to be dropped off, I know he loves it there. Not only that, but my dog can get into a lot of mischief... but they are always so accommodating!

I’ve also asked for an extra walk (or pee break outside) in the past when I know I’m going to be on the later side of pick up, and they also accommodate that request, no questions asked! Definitely recommend!”

“The staff here are so friendly! Both times we’ve gone, it has been such a positive experience. I love their drop-off and pick-up hours, additionally grooming can be done during the hours of doggie day care which is so convenient because I can pick up my pup and he’s all fresh and clean!

It was our first ever grooming experience with a 1-year old dog (around 105lbs) and he came back looking so clean, trimmed and smelling amazing! They paid attention to detail on his paws and it really shows!

Will definitely be coming back for doggie daycare and grooming!”

“My experience with both the Salon & Spa and the daycare has already been amazing. One of my dogs desperately needed a de-shedding groom and came out looking totally fabulous. The other is a rowdy 1-year old pup that needs the physical and mental stimulation while I'm at work so that she doesn't bark for hours on end at home... So far so good, the pup is exhausted when I pick her up and all the staff say how much they love her when she's there.

Her ego is going to be so inflated from all the "good girl!" compliments she gets!”
