“The Petropolitan was recommended to me by friends so I took my yorkie Mia to her first ever daycare with them for an assessement. The attention and care that she got was outstanding.

After I picked her up, I felt confident she would be well taken care of so I dropped her off a second time and added a full grooming session. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. They also set up a plan to help Mia get more comfortable around other dogs, as we want to introduce her slowly with the hopes of trying boarding in the future.

So far the interaction has been great. Always answering any questions and following up on Mia’s well being.”

We love that our dog can spend a day playing with other dogs, while we have the peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. “I have been bringing my senior pupper here for awhile now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Petropolitan and everyone who works there.

Everything is so well coordinated to keep dogs of similar sizing and energy levels matched. They even take note of which dogs become friends and try to keep them together.

They offer a variety of services and options for snacks throughout the day at reasonable prices. There are often fun events planned for the dogs with adorable takeaways, they post tons of pictures and videos throughout the day and just seem to really genuinely care about making every day a good experience.

“Cooper has been going to The Petropolitan since he was just over a year old. Now, as he approaches his 4th birthday in June, he still loves seeing all his friends, both human and fur babies.

The entire staff are wonderful. Watching him trot off with his caregiver, and his little tail wagging, always gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. “I've been taking my Bernese Mountain Dog here for daycare, boarding, and grooming for about two years, and they’re amazing. We originally needed a place to socialize her during COVID and have continued as regular clients ever since. It’s become her second home! The staff are so friendly, and the facility is beautiful. They always alert you to any issues or observations, so I know they’re paying close attention to each dog. We’re lucky to have a pretty chill pup, but I’ve overheard the staff talking with other customers, and it’s clear they pay extra attention to reactivity, shyness, and behavioural differences in dogs, which is so wonderful. I also love the added services with boarding—play packages, walks, treats, IG updates, and the cutest overnight report cards.
